How do i check the status of my order?

Orders are processed in 2-4 business days and a confirmation email with your tracking information will be sent to you shortly after your order is shipped.

If for whatever reason you didn't receive your order confirmation email or your shipping confirmation email with tracking information, feel free to send us an email at info@getluxegrip.com or you may fill out the contact form on our website and we'll have it sent out to you as soon as possible.


Does LuxeGrip Cover import taxes or customs duty?


Under the international Trade Law, corresponding fees may be imposed for certain items upon arrival at the country of destination, and us, AquaVitalize, are not responsible for any customs fees, import taxes, or any other charges incurred upon receipt of the imported goods purchased from any of our direct sales channel(s) of which the recipient or buyer will be fully responsible for shouldering such fees, taxes, or other applicable charges associated with the said purchase of goods as prescribed by their local or national law.

Absolutely! We use SSL security to ensure all your personal information is encrypted. We do not store your credit card information and it will be used on a one-time basis only upon placing your order for which then your credit card information will be purged.
